COOKING CLASSES
All of our cooking classes are live + virtual. You decide what you'd like to cook and your instructors will take care of the rest. Each class will include a plant-based recipe - during the demo, the health benefits of the ingredients, as well as tips + tricks for plant-based cooking will be discussed. An equipment + ingredient list will be provided prior to your class.
The classes listed below are available for either one-on-one, or small groups.
Basics of Plant-Based Cooking
Learn about the benefits of plant-based cooking, and the key nutrients to have on your radar when eating plant-based. We will also cover basic knife skills + care, and discuss how to stock your pantry with all of the items you will need to incorporate more plant-based foods into your diet. Includes a downloadable pantry list + protein chart. (90 min)

Veggie Burgers
Create your own veggie burgers from scratch using plant-based whole food ingredients. (90 min)
MENU: Black Bean + Oat Veggie Burgers, Vegan Aioli, Cucumber Dill Dressing + Black Bean Brownies with Sweet Potato Frosting.
Sweet Potato + Lentil Tacos
Just because you are plant-based doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice on taco tuesday! We will walk you through creating sweet potato + lentil tacos - a delicious, nutrient-dense alternative packed with plant-based protein (90 min)

Make Your Own
Vegan Pasta
Learn how to make homemade pasta made from just flour + water. You will learn how to make the dough, and several shapes of hand-rolled pastas. We will also make a vegan cacio e pepe sauce made with cashews to enjoy with your pasta. (90 min) Only available with Ciara Morreale
