Inflammation: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Researchers have linked long term Inflammation to nearly every chronic disease. Short term inflammation is necessary and helpful to heal a sprained ankle or finger cut. However, long term inflammation is damaging and overtime can damage healthy cells.

We will discuss how our lifestyle choices may increase our risk of long term chronic inflammation and helps put a plan in place to help reduce the risk. From this class you will learn:
