Harness the mood- boosting powers from within the foods you eat that can positively support your mood and overall health and wellbeing while exploring the relationships between what you eat and how you feel.

This class will be held virtually through Zoom - feel free to connect with your computer, phone or tablet. Interactive questions are encouraged. Use of Video is optional. Zoom Link + Ingredient List will be emailed out prior to the class.

Every class will be recorded + sent out after the class, so if you are unable to watch the video live, you will have access to the stream at a later date.
