Cooking Class - Mindful Eating for Healthy Aging

Getting older involves many challenges in all areas of your life from the physical to the mental to the emotional + more. The goal is to maximize the great parts of getting older while taking proactive steps to maintain + optimize your state of well being, beginning with our food. 

MENU:

  • Socca (Chickpea Flour Pancake) with Kale + Fennel

  • Charred Asparagus + Dates

  • Pumpkin Seed Parmesan

  • Schisandra Berry Spritz

This class will be held virtually through Zoom - feel free to connect with your computer, phone or tablet. Interactive questions are encouraged. Use of Video is optional. Zoom Link + Ingredient List will be emailed out prior to the class.

Every class will be recorded + sent out after the class, so if you are unable to watch the video live, you will have access to the stream at a later date.
