Many of us blindly consume unhealthy foods because we are looking at the front of a package versus the nutritional label and ingredient list. A simple glimpse to check out the added sugar, serving size, and other criteria on the nutritional label will reveal the truth.
We will help you look at what is important to understand on labels - to the serving size, added sugars _ unwanted additives. We will also give you tips to create a healthier shopping list and discuss why you should use one so you will save time, money and make healthier choices.
